Greenbrier Schools employs four full-time nurses that handle student health care needs while they are at school. Healthy children are successful learners. The school nurse has a multi-faceted role within the school setting, one that supports the physical, mental, emotional, social health of the students and their success in the learning process. Flu Shot Clinic
The Greenbrier School Nurses and the Faulkner County Health Dept. will be holding our annual Free Flu Shot Clinic in October. This is for Greenbrier students and staff only. The dates/locations are as follows:
Friday, Oct. 26:
Monday, Oct. 29:
Two forms are required to be filled out and submitted prior to the clinic. The deadline for turning in forms is October 25. No forms will be accepted on the days of the clinic. All forms should be turned into the school office. Information and Forms
Faculty & staff members need to bring their drivers license and insurance card, and will need to fill out a consent form. There is no cost for the vaccine, but the health dept. will file insurance to recover some of the cost. |
