In the weeks leading up to Christmas Break, GMS students were hard at work to finish their first semester of the school year! Our GMS choir and band students performed at Christmas concerts and our choir got the opportunity to perform at Matthews Park at Glisten in Greenbrier. We loved listening to their performances! 

Our GMS Spelling Bee took place on Thursday, December 12. We were so proud of our 6th and 7th grade classroom champions! Our GMS School Spelling Bee Winners were Lillian Fisher (1st), Zaylor Leidholm (2nd), and Sawyer Spradlin (3rd). Congratulations to all students who had the opportunity to participate in the Spelling Bee!

We also had some fun leading up to Christmas! Our wonderful PTO sponsored lunch for our faculty and provided a hot chocolate bar for our students at lunch. Thank you so much PTO!
