We have been busy at GMS for the past few weeks! Teachers and students are working hard to finish the year well and to prepare for our ATLAS Summative test! Students are also showing off what they have worked so hard on this year, and we love getting to celebrate their work!

EAST students were selected to attend EAST Conference and present their EAST projects and share the amazing things happening in the GMS EAST classrooms! Way to go students!

Greenbrier Schools also hosted the annual Arts Fest! We were blown away with the talent of our students and art teachers!

Our administration was also excited to celebrate student growth from the ATLAS 2 Interim test from February! Students who grew on their Interim tests were treated to an ice cream party and time outside on the football field and courtyard! 

Even though we did lots of celebrating outside of the classroom, students were still working so hard in their classes! 7th grade literacy classes introduced Unit 4, which is all about science fiction text. The teachers loved dressing up, and the students had fun completing activities to introduce the topic!
