THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME!!!!! Our first grade teachers dressed like characters from the Wizard of Oz to hook students for their upcoming novel! Students went through rotations to learn about each of the main characters and vocabulary related to each the characters. Teachers even acted out the traits that described each character.
