To kick off their archeology unit (DIG), Ms. Barnard transformed her classroom into a Japanese oasis!  Students had an amazing time exploring Japanese culture through dining with chopsticks, grooving to traditional dance, playing engaging games, and crafting beautiful origami. Our adventurous 5th graders are now ready to dive into researching their chosen cultures and can't wait to create our very own unique class culture.
