GHS JAG Earns National Recognition

Tobin McCammon & Susan Harmon receiving JAG's 5 for 5 Award

The Jobs for Arkansas Graduates (JAG) program at Greenbrier High School recently earned the 5 for 5 Award for 2021 from the Jobs for America’s Graduates national organization! The 5 of 5 Award is bestowed upon those JAG programs that have been in existence for more than one year and meet or exceed performance measures in five categories: graduation rate, positive outcomes, employment, post-secondary enrollment and job placement. The Arkansas program is an affiliate of the Jobs for America’s Graduates program. Students enrolled in the program receive support and services to help them not only graduate high school but also become successful whether pursuing post-secondary education, employment, or military service. JAG has a 12-month follow-up period with all seniors as part of its evidence-based, data-driven national model, and the program earned the award for its first year of eligibility.
