Getting with the Program - Computer Science in the Greenbrier School District

Computer science students at GJHS and GHS are putting their programming skills to the test this quarter! In Ms. Taylor’s class GJHS students are completing animation codes. Today students engaged in a peer review session in order to gain feedback and insight into errors within their code that would impact their animations. At GHS Mr. Hurst’s classes are working with arrays to learn more effective ways to store multiple pieces of data that are related. Mr. Hurst’s classes are also running programmed routes using the robotic cars purchased with a grant awarded to the district for participating in innovative computer science practices.
