Westside Elementary's guiding coalition is a part of the Arkansas Leadership Academy's cohort- School Team Empowerment. This professional opportunity digs into learning, while strengthening the individual and the team. They have been provided opportunities to look at current practice at Westside and make improvements to the school and its practices. Westside's guiding coalition has taken their building wide goals for improvement and applied step by step implementation to enhance student learning and growth.
