Check out what our PEAK program is up to this year! Our interns learned standard operating procedures last week for their coffee cart. Mr. Keith from THINK coffee came to teach the interns the science behind coffee and modeled how it’s brewed! Today 7 of our interns participated in their first offsite work experience. They interviewed for positions at NLC Greenbrier and are now employed through our PEAK at NLC program.
