As the adage goes, "Time flies when you are having fun!"  Those words definitely rang true at GJHS during Week 5.  On #MentalHealthMonday, students discussed the importance of respect in relationships.  Ms. Engler built upon those discussions while conducting her counselor's classroom visits where she taught students conflict resolution strategies.  Meanwhile, Social Studies students participated in a Preamble Escape Room to celebrate Constitution Day, and Math students learned about radical numbers before finding their place on a human number line.  Eighth grade English teachers donned "Pink Ladies" costumes Friday to create excitement among students about their upcoming novel The Outsiders.  We are eager for Celebrate Freedom Week starting Monday! #strongertogether #heartofapanther
