As the countdown to the final days of school progresses, GJHS' halls are filled with the hum of anticipation. We were #GreenbrierProud to celebrate Mr. Miller on National Principal's Day! He leads us so well with wisdom and his #heartofapanther. In the classroom, Mrs. Gilbow's Biology students conducted a dissection lab while Family and Consumer Science students honed their sewing skills. Our eighth grade students are undoubtedly tired of testing, but they undertook their MAP Reading and Math end-of-the-year tests with vigor and demonstrated how much they have progressed in those subjects since the year began. Ninth graders will have the opportunity to do the same next week. Ninth grade Spanish students celebrated Cinco de Mayo with class parties as they also reflected upon the day's significance in Spanish culture. #strongertogether
