Greenbrier Schools partnered with Solution Tree for a 2-day training focused on strengthening our systems supporting student behavior and overall well-being across our schools through Behavior Solutions.

Building administrators, counselors, teachers, therapists, and special education staff came together to collaborate on:
Strengthening Tier 1 behavior supports and prevention to better equip classroom teachers, enhancing student support teams at each building, and developing Tier 2 Behavior Academies to provide targeted support for identified student groups. 

This work helps ensure we are using a comprehensive, proactive approach within our MTSS framework, allowing us to meet students’ needs early and effectively while supporting the whole child.

We are proud of the teamwork, leadership, and commitment shown by our staff as we continue building systems that help every student thrive—academically, behaviorally, and emotionally.
